Shipping & Delivery Guidelines
Dispatch Schedule
Live plants and fresh fruits require careful preparation before transit. Dispatches are typically scheduled early in the week so parcels do not remain in courier hubs over weekends.
Packaging Standards
- **Fruit Plants & Saplings:** Root balls are secured with moist cocopeat/moss wrapping and taped firmly inside ventilated corrugated boxes.
- **Fresh Seasonal Fruits:** Harvested fresh and packed in breathable cushioned crates.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on total parcel weight, box dimensions (plant height), and your destination pin code. Exact shipping charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before you complete your order.
